قد ظهر المنظر الاکبر و مالک القدر ینطق فیه انه لا اله الا هو المهیمن القیوم قد وجدت

Translation:
Provisional translation
The Scene of transcendent Glory hath appeared, and the Lord of Destiny proclaimeth therein: "There is none other God but He, the All-Compelling, the Self-Subsisting." [3.5s]
