قل باسم الله و بالله و خذ قدح البیان باسم ربک الرحمن ثم اشرب منه تاره باسمی و

Translation:

Provisional translation

Say: In the name of God and by God! Take thou the chalice of utterance in the name of thy Lord, the All-Merciful, then drink therefrom in My Name [3.5s]
