Translation:

Provisional translation

O Salar-i-Abraham! The Friend [Abraham] and the Interlocutor [Moses] have come, proclaiming: "Sovereignty belongeth unto God, the Lord of existence!" Mount Sinai hath attained unto the presence [3.5s]
