شهد الله انه لا اله الا هو و الذی ظهر بالحق انه لمطلع الفضل و مشرق العدل به

Translation:

Provisional translation

God beareth witness that there is none other God but Him, and He Who hath appeared in truth is verily the Dayspring of bounty and the Dawning-Place of justice [3.5s]
