یا محمد قبل علی قد ذکرک المظلوم من قبل و یذکرک فی هذا اللوح الذی شهد بما شهد

Translation:

Provisional translation

O Muhammad-Qablí-'Alí! The Wronged One hath made mention of thee aforetime, and doth make mention of thee in this Tablet which hath borne witness unto that which hath been witnessed [3.5s]
