شهد الله انه لا اله الا هو و الذی ظهر بالحق انه لمطلع آیاته و مشرق الطافه لا تمنعه

Translation:

Provisional translation

God testifieth that there is none other God but Him, and He Who hath appeared in truth is verily the Dawning-Place of His signs and the Dayspring of His bounties. None can withhold Him [3.5s]
