شهد الله لذاته بذاته قبل خلق سمائه و ارضه انه لا اله الا هو و الذی ظهر انه لمظهر الساعه

Translation:

Provisional translation

God hath testified unto His Own Self, by His Own Self, before the creation of His heaven and His earth, that there is none other God but Him, and He Who hath appeared is verily the Manifestation of the Hour [3.5s]
