Provisional translation

The heavens of the world were set in motion by this utterance which the Tongue of Grandeur hath spoken forth as a testimony unto God [3.5s]... ...But for Him no Divine Messenger would have been invested with the robe of prophethood, nor would any of the sacred scriptures have been revealed
