لعمر الله لو لا البهاء ما نزلت الکتب من السماء انه لهو الذی کان مذکورا بلسانه فی

Translation:

Provisional translation

By the life of God! Were it not for the Glory (Bahá), the Books would not have descended from Heaven. Verily, He is the One Who was mentioned by His Tongue in [3.5s]
