یا حسن قد اقبل الیک المظلوم الذی کان هدفا لسهام الظالمین قد ورد علی ما ناح به

Translation:

Provisional translation

O Hasan! The Wronged One hath turned unto thee, He Who hath been made a target for the arrows of the oppressors. He hath come in such wise as hath caused lamentation [3.5s]
