یا محمد اذا سمعت ندائی و فزت بکتابی و وجدت منه عرف بیانی قل یا من فی قبضتک

Translation:

Provisional translation

O Muhammad! When thou hearest My Call and attainest unto My Book and findest therein the fragrance of Mine utterance, say: O Thou in Whose grasp [3.5s]
