ان یا لسان العظمه ان اذکر الپاشا بما یجذبه الی الافق الاعلی و یقربه الی البحر

Translation:

Provisional translation

O Tongue of Grandeur! Make mention of the Pasha in such wise as shall draw him unto the Most Exalted Horizon and bring him nigh unto the Ocean [3.5s]
