انا زینا سماء الاحکام بنیر الحکمه لیتمسک بها کل عارف بصیر ان الذی نبذ الحکمه

Translation:

Provisional translation

We have adorned the heaven of ordinances with the luminary of wisdom, that all possessed of insight and discernment may hold fast unto it. Verily, he that casteth wisdom aside [3.5s]
