تلک آیات الامر نزلت بالحق و انها لهی العلیا فسوف یخلق الله بها قوما لا یعرفهم احد

Translation:

Provisional translation

These are the verses of the Command, which have been sent down in truth, and verily they are the Most Exalted. God shall, through them, create a people whom none shall recognize [3.5s]
