Translation:
Provisional translation
A remembrance from Us to one who turned towards the Countenance when those who denied God, the Most High, the Most Great, rejected Him [3.5s]... ...In this day it is incumbent upon everyone to serve the Cause of God, while He who is the Eternal Truth -- exalted be His glory -- hath made the fulfilment of every undertaking
