سبحان الذی انزل الایات بالحق و اظهر ما اراد انه لهو الحق ... ان الذی افتی علی الحرف الثالث المؤمن بمن یظهره الله

Translation:

Provisional translation

Glorified be He Who hath sent down the verses in truth and made manifest whatsoever He desired. He, verily, is the Truth... As to him who pronounced judgment against the Third Letter, who had believed in Him Whom God shall make manifest [3.5s]
