قل هذا بیان الله و انه لهو سیفه الذی لم یره الغمد فی ازل الازال لعمر الله

Translation:

Provisional translation

Say: This is the Utterance of God, and verily it is His sword which no scabbard hath beheld from all eternity, by the life of God [3.5s]
