یا صفر قد حضر اسمک فی المنظر الاکبر ذکرناک بلوح لاح من افقه نیر عنایه ربک

Provisional translation

O Safar! Thy name hath appeared before the Most Great Vision, and We have made mention of thee in a Tablet from whose horizon shineth forth the light of thy Lord's loving-kindness [3.5s]
