انا نذکر من توجه الی مشرق الفضل و نویده فضلا من لدنا و انا الفضال الکریم قد ارتفع

Translation:

We make mention of him who hath turned towards the Dawning-Place of grace, and We bestow upon him a bounty from Our presence, for verily We are the All-Bountiful, the Most Generous [3.5s]
