یا رجب قبل علی قد ذکرک اخوک الذی طاف کعبه الله رب ما کان و ما یکون قل الهی

Translation:

Provisional translation

O Rajab-'Alí! Thy brother, who hath circumambulated the Ka'bih of God, the Lord of what hath been and what shall be, hath made mention of thee. Say: My God [3.5s]
