یا رمضان قد اتی البرهان و القوم اکثرهم لا یفقهون قل لک یا الهی بما هدیتنی الی

Provisional translation

O Ramadan! The proof hath indeed come, yet most among the people comprehend not. Say: Unto Thee, O my God, inasmuch as Thou hast guided me unto [3.5s]
