یا صمد قد اقبل الیک مطلع الوحی و یذکرک بما یبقی به عرف البیان بدوام اسماء ربک

Translation:

Provisional translation

O Samad! The Dayspring of Revelation hath turned toward Thee, mentioning Thee through that which shall cause the fragrance of utterance to endure through the names of Thy Lord [3.5s]
