یا قلمی اذکر من سمی بعلی آقا لیفرح بما تحرک لسان العظمه باسمه و انزل له ما جعله الله نورا

Translation:

Provisional translation

O My Pen! Make mention of him who hath been named 'Alí-Áqá, that he may rejoice in that which the Tongue of Grandeur hath spoken in his name, and that which God hath made a light [3.5s]
