یا محمد قد اردنا ان نذکرک لتکون موقنا بعنایه الله ربک و رب ما یری و ما لایری

Translation:

Provisional translation

O Muhammad! We have desired to make mention of thee, that thou mayest be assured of the tender care of thy Lord, the Lord of all that is seen and unseen [3.5s]
