یا علی اکبر قد اودعنا زمام امر الخیر فی قبضتک لها ان تتوجه و لک ان تدبر امرها ان الله هو المدبر الحکیم

Translation:

Provisional translation

O 'Alí-Akbar! We have entrusted into thy grasp the reins of this virtuous cause; it is for thee to turn thereunto and for thee to manage its affairs. Verily, God is the All-Governing, the All-Wise [3.5s]
