طوبی لمن اقبل الی البحر الاعظم الذی کل قطره منه ینادی انه اله السموات و الارضین

Translation:

Provisional translation

Blessed is he who hath turned toward the Most Great Ocean, every drop whereof proclaimeth that He is the God of the heavens and of the earth [3.5s]
