بسم الله الرحمن الرحیم. الحمد لله الذی ینزل الامر فی الکتاب علی قدر غیر معدود فاشهد ان لا اله الا الله کما هو اهله و یستحقه من دون ان یقدر احد ان یعرف کیف هو الا هو سبحانه و تعالی عما یصفون

Translation:

Provisional translation

Praise be to God Who sendeth down the Command in His Book in measures beyond count! I testify that there is none other God but Him, as befitteth His glory and as He deserveth, in such wise that none can know His true nature save His own Self - glorified and exalted be He above whatsoever they describe [3.5s]... ...Verily, God hath intended by this exalted word to sanctify His Essence utterly from any attribute of causation
