بسمه تبارک و تعالی. الحمد لله الذی یمن علی من یشاء بحکمه سبحانه و تعالی عما یصفون الله یعلم خداوند شاهد است بر حال من و کفی به شهیدا که ذنبی متحمل نشده ام که باعث چنین حکمی شده باشد

Translation:

Provisional translation

Praise be to God Who bestoweth wisdom upon whomsoever He willeth, and glorified be He above all that they ascribe unto Him. God knoweth, and the Lord beareth witness - and sufficient is He as witness - that I have committed no transgression warranting such a decree [3.5s]
