Provisional translation
Praise be unto him, who foreordained for each thing its portion in mighty, preserved Tablets. He created all things in such a manner that, were they to purify themselves
Abstract:
A meditation on the name of God ‘the Omnipotent’ and its pervasive influence in the world according to the capacities of things and, referring to the opposition of Mírzá Yaḥyá, calling the Bábís and the manifestations of worldly power to recognize Bahá’u’lláh.
