Provisional translation

O thou who gazest upon My countenance and hast quaffed the chalice of My loving-kindness and the cup of My mercy and bounty, and who dwellest in [3.5s]... ...Call thou to mind that which hath been revealed unto Mihdí, Our servant, in the first year of Our banishment to the Land of Mystery (Adrianople)
